If DecodingResult::isValidCoding is true, then DecodingResult::messageLength is valid and holds the the actual length of the plaintext recovered. on success. The result is undefined if decryption failed. If DecodingResult::isValidCoding is false, then DecodingResult::messageLength is undefined.
